Official Rules – 2026 NLW Scholarship Fund Duck Dash

Beneficiary: Raise funds for scholarships.

1. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian enter on their behalf.

2. Duck Adoptions: Donation adopts one official numbered duck.

3. Official Ducks: Only organizer-supplied ducks may race and remain property of the organization.

4. Race: Ducks released simultaneously; officials of NLW Charity will supervise.

5. No Interference: No touching or influencing ducks.

6. Winners: Determined by official finish order.

7. Prizes: As announced by the NLW Charity.

8. Winner Notification: Announced after race; need not be present unless stated.

9. Claiming Prizes: Claim within stated period with ID if requested.

10. Cancellation: Organization may reschedule or use random drawing if necessary.

11. Compliance: Event complies with Kentucky charitable gaming requirements.

12. Taxes: Winners responsible for applicable taxes.

13. Publicity: Entry grants permission for promotional use unless prohibited.

14. Liability: Participants assume normal event risks.

15. Final Authority: The decisions of NLW Charity are final.
